Chaga, a mushroom harvested from Birch trees, is foraged in Minnesota and sprinkled on our 70% chocolate base. It's an earthy flavor and compliments the chocolate so well. Chaga has many beneficial qualities and is well known as a boost to the immune system. Mingled with the chaga is cinnamon, known to have antioxidant properties, adding a delicious touch.
